Maris is an energetic family business that grew from a local electrical contractor to an international player with three core activities: electrical engineering, security and smart technology. They specialize in design, installation and maintenance of electrical installations.
The question
Maris was installing electricity in 75 apartments in Antwerp. Large projects require a lot of manpower, which is why they were looking for subcontracted electricians. "I myself have been in the construction business for 12 years, so I like to work with electricians who know their trade," says Ahmed, site manager at Maris. "We heard about WorkForce through colleagues and I was curious about the qualities of their electricians."
Our solution
WorkForce has a large pool of experienced subcontracted technicians who were able to join the Maris team. "The electricians at WorkForce know their trade, and communication with the workmen is also smooth," Ahmed testified.
"In addition to the technicians themselves, there is also good monitoring of the project. If there is a shortage of workmen, the problem is quickly solved with the addition of extra electricians. So the COO of WorkForce, Filip visits the site regularly to make sure everything is in order."
